Standard Service Care
During a typical service, our staff will perform a complete system check, cut back plants, remove unwanted debris, clean the pump and filter area, clean waterfall, clean/check underwater lights and transformer, apply beneficial bacteria treatment and anti-foam treatment, apply string algae treatment (as needed), and add/change water (as needed).
Premium Weekly Service Care
Unlimited service time included each week! Free seasonal maintenance included! Free emergency calls! Some of our serious water garden, pond and water features clients love the attention we give them with our Premium Weekly service. Call us for a custom quote for your service and maintenance plan!
Fall Seasonal Maintenance & Clean-outs
We suggest a complete cleaning and winter prep. Plus we like to suggest a constant-flow and de-icing piece of equipment (cost will be quoted). Remember, we will never overcharge you or charge too much to take care of your water garden and water feature!

Water Feature Maintenance & Repair
We will clean, inspect and diagnose any issues. Repair parts and costs will then be presented to you for your consideration on how to repair any issues.
